IEEE CCNC 2008 FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All accepted papers, must be prepared as indicated below and final camera ready versions must be uploaded to IEEE Conference eXpress site in order for them to be published in the proceedings.

Critical: Failure to comply with all the required (*) elements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference record.

It is important for all IEEE authors to recognize that plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences.

*Revise your Paper
Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising your final paper. When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and proofread it. Review formatting requirements at http://www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/confpub/

*Register for the Conference
At least one author must register for the conference by 10 October 2007 8:00pm (EST) as the presenter.

ComSoc policy states that all accepted IEEE CCNC 2008 technical paper presenters must register at the FULL or LIMITED rate.

For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL or LIMITED registration is valid for up to three papers.

It is imperative that the same author must upload the paper(s), review, and approve PDFs and submit copyright form. (Only one e-mail address can be identified to a registration code).

When you are done with the registration, you will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload your paper in the following step. If you are registering by fax, please allow 3 working days to receive your Registration Code.

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE.

ALTHOUGH THE CODE ENABLES SUBMISSION OF UP TO THREE PAPERS, IT CAN BE USED ONLY ONCE, BY YOU, TO CREATE ONE AUTHOR ACCOUNT FOR THESE SUBMISSIONS.

VISA INSTRUCTIONS AND ASSISTANCE
Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into the United States if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of authors and other participants and may take up to a few months.

Paper Submission

IEEE Conference eXpress Site will be open on 14 September 2007. Your paper must be received by 10 October, 2007 (8:00pm EDT) for it to be in the proceedings.

DO NOT upload your paper to EDAS!! Your final paper submission needs to be done through IEEE Proceedings using the link above.

You will need the following to upload your source file.

Conference ID: Use ccnc08 for this conference.
Your registration code: given after you completed your registration
Your EDAS paper ID number (not your EDAS author account number)

*SUBMIT YOUR COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
After you upload your final paper and approve the PDF, a Submit Copyright link will appear in your IEEE eXpress account. This enables you to complete the IEEE e(electronic) Copyright form. When you receive your confirmation email after completing the electronic form (by selecting Submit), you will not need to fax or mail a paper copyright form.

CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and complete the copyright transfer no later than 10 October, 2007 8:00pm EDT. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program.

NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.
