Call for Technical Application Panels
We solicit proposals for Technology Applications Panels in a wide range of technical areas related to Consumer Communications and Networking.
Suggested topics include (but are not limited to):
● Home Networking

● Power Line Communications
● Coax networks
●ىUWB, Bluetooth
● Home control, AMI
● IPTV and Networking
●ىResidental Gateways
●ىMiddleware
● Data Broadcasting
●ىDRM
●ىDevice Control
● UPnP, Bonjour
●ىDLNA, IGRS
● Multiplayer Networked Games
●ىRegulatory Issues
●ىInvestments
●ىOther Consumer Applications
Please submit panel proposals by e-mail to Rob Ranck,ى rranck@inventures.com.
The Proposal should include:
● Panel title, 100-200 words panel summary (include brief description of panel topic and names or profiles of intended/desirable panelists).
● Organizer/moderator name(s), affiliation, title/position, short (100-200 words) bio sketch, and a JPEG picture (optional) for the panel web page.
Suggested Technology Panel scenario:
● Typical duration of the panel is 90 min.ى An extended panel session (e.g., 2 hours) is also possible on request.
● Moderator introduces panelists, suggested number is 3-5 panelists.
●ىEach panelist gets to make a position statement by way of a PowerPoint presentation for no more than 10ىminutes.
●ىModerator leads discussion with as much audience participation as possible.
Submission deadline is September 17, 2007
Panels will be selected by October 1, 2007
