ONSITE INFORMATION
Registration All registrants for IEEE RFID 2009 will pick up their badges at the RFID Journal LIVE! 2009 registration counters - in the Convention Foyer (see map below). The hours of operation will be:
Monday, April 27th 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 28th 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 29th 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Once you have received your badge, please proceed to the IEEE RFID 2009 Registration Desk - outside the Southern Hemisphere III on the Fifth Level (see map below). IEEE RFID 2009 BADGES

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
The conference proceedings will be provided in CD format only and will be included in your conference materials. The IEEE RFID 2009 proceedings will be published in IEEE Xplore®.
LANGUAGE
All conference sessions and publications will be in English.
CONFERENCE MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS
All IEEE RFID 2009 meals and refreshments will be provided in the Southern Hemisphere III room except for lunch on Tuesday which will be available in the RFID Journal LIVE! Exhibit Hall. Dress Code

The Dolphin Business Center is located on the Lobby Level, in the Convention Center, near the Europe 5 meeting room.ففThe Business Center at the Swan is located on the Lobby Level, near the West Elevator bank.ف The business centers at both the Swan and the Dolphin are fully staffed Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.ف The Dolphin business center is also open on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and includes a 24-hour work center.ف فThe 24-hour computer workstations are loaded with popular business software, such as Office 2003, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Publisher.فف The computers feature Pentium III processors, 17” monitors and high speed Internet access.ف Black & white and color printing is also available.
Internet Access
If you are staying in the Swan or Dolphin Hotels, high-speed Internet access is included (for your sleeping room) in the Resort Service Package.

The U.S. uses 110-120 volts, 60 cycles, compared to 220-240 volts, 50 cycles in most of Europe.
