ROOM RESERVATIONS
The contracted room rate for Mobile WiMAX 2009 is $199/night. The reservation cut-off date is extended to June 25th, 2009 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

1. send a check or money order covering the first night's room rate plus applicable sales tax and fees,
2. send a signed letter or form authorizing the Meritage Resort and Spa to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax and fees to the guest's credit card, or
3. give the guests's credit card information by telephone.
