Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Prior to your final paper upload, at least one author per paper must register (and pay registration fees) no later than 1 May 2009 at the REGISTRATION link on this website. To publish the paper in IEEE Xplorer, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate, and is expected to present the paper at the conference. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers. NO SHOW POLICY IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
